Professional, friendly, and always great service!

I have been coming to Abuelo’s in The Colony quite a bit ever since it opened. I would estimate that during 70% of all my visits to this restaurant, Xavier has been my server.

I don’t usually leave reviews for stuff like this, but Xavier has been so excellent and such a stand out for server experiences, that I felt obligated to do so in this case.

Xavier seems to care more about doing a good job than even what would be typical of a “good server”. Which is to say, he’s BETTER than good. He pays a lot of attention, is active in his role, and he has pretty good control of the more subtle nuances of being a good server.

He’s really good at it.
